Each region encourages collaboration among businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits and government. These partnerships spur public/private projects that align with the needs identified in our Growth & Diversification Plan, enhancing economic outcomes, generating private sector investment and job creation, and aligning workforce development programs with employers’ needs.
